WSN Directory License Agreement

This is not an EULA, it's a copyright license. It doesn't restrict use of the software, so you don't have to agree to it before installing. International copyright law, however, gives you no rights (other than limited fair use clauses) to make copies of anything by default. This license sets out terms to grant you some additional copying rights as well as remind you of what isn't granted. You're bound by these terms whenever you make a copy of the script:

- You can run one public WSN Directory directory per regular license purchased, or any number on one domain name per domain license purchase. As long as it's only one at a time, it doesn't matter if the location changes or it's a new install.

- You may make as many copies as you like for internal testing purposes, so long as they're not available over the internet. If on an accessible web server, they must be protected by .htaccess or another authentication method to prevent access by anyone other than you and your development team.

- You may not redistribute/resell this script unless you enter into a cobranding agreement or other distribution agreement with the author.

- You may use limited sections of code from any of the files contained in WSN Directory in another script if and only if that script is used only on websites for which you have purchased WSN Directory. The file filelicenses.txt lists exceptions to this rule -- open source code which you can copy with few or no restrictions.

- You may redistribute modification files which serve to alter WSN Directory code, and plugins which are derived from the provided versions of the pluggable functions, as though they were public domain.

- You may modify, redistribute and resell template files -- anything beneath the /templates/ directory.
